Refund Policy
Customers will need to send a "Return & Refund Requests" via email
to customer service at dirtyrankdesigns@icloud.com for approval.

Subject line needs to have "Return & Refund Request for (Customer's Order Number).
​​
Returned items must have original tags attached and placed in original packaging when returned.
​
Items must not show signs of wear and be returned in new condition as delivered to customer, unless item arrived damaged. If damaged upon delivery a picture of package and item must be submitted with "return & refund request" for authorization of refund.
​​
Once return has been approved by management refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days to method of original payment.
